Mr. Charles Holdren, brother-in-law to Mrs. Tina Tolbert, passed away February 13, 2025 in Elizabethton, TN. A graveside service for Mr. Holdren will be conducted Monday, February 17, 2025 @ Happy Valley Memorial Park. Memorial Funeral Chapel of Elizabethton, TN is serving the Holdren family.
